Processing Time:

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Domestic Shipping (Malaysia):
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): RM8.00
International Shipping:
- Rates and delivery times vary based on the destination country. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days. Exact rates will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- Track your order using the tracking number provided.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- 5Luxe Scents Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- 5Luxe Scents Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
